Chinese Financial Center is located in new CBD of Chengdu city, developed by Galencia Property. This mixed-use property includes commercial complex, office tower, residential tower, with total area of 388,000 square meters. It considered high efficient AC system, electric car parking, Low-E glass, CO2 monitor and control, water saving toiletry, low carbon footprint material. It's currently under through LEED CS 2009 Silver certification.

Humble House Taipei mixes eastern culture with western art, creating a space for entertaining, restoration, and retreat. The entire design is inspired by poetry, and presented with art.
Its a diamond rated green hotel (Taiwan Green Building Standard).
From its design to construction, Humble House Taipei was built with an aim to minimize carbon footprint. Almost half of the building materials are eco-friendly; its curtain wall structure to maximize the daylight; the building utilizes energy-saving lighting, air-conditioning systems and water conserving plumbing fixtures. From Level 5-7, there are green gardens planted to reduce room temperature, save cooling energy, and reduce heat island effect.
