This mixed-use property includes commercial complex, office tower, residential tower, with total area of 388,000 square meters. It considered high efficient AC system, electric car parking, Low-E glass, CO2 monitor and control, water saving toiletry, low carbon footprint material. It's currently under through LEED CS 2009 Silver certification.
