It is s a 28-story office tower with a total GFA of approximately 55,000 square meters. The project adopts ecological technologies including high efficiency air conditioning systems, storm water recycling, electric vehicles parking space, Low-E glass, low-water usage toiletry, local (without large-scale irrigation) plants, high reflectance and green roofing, increased ventilation, CO2 sensors, fresh air flow meter, and low VOC emission materials etc. The project is applying for LEED CS 2009 Gold certification.
