There is one a basement level, four floors above ground and an additional wing with four floors. The total construction area is 31,904 m2 (excluding 13,237 m2 of commercial and equipment mezzanine), of which the above-ground building area is 20,780 m2 and the underground building area is 11,124 m2.

iSLA is fortunate to cooperate with renowned international architects and interior designers ArchAsia and HBA, as the project's MEP designer, consultant, and on-site construction management (structural, architect, MEP and interior), assisting the hotel management company with construction on each stage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notes: Wentang Town Hot Spring

Wentang Town is with a history of more than 800 years. Wentang hot spring contains no sulfur gas, taste pure, rich in selenium and other beneficial trace mineral elements. Which can be compared with the famous French Aix mineral spring.

Guests can soak in Selenium featured Hot Springs in Wentang Town without leaving the hotel room. There are 356 rooms in the totel, 139 of which have private hot spring.

Pipe and valve

Pipe: UPVC pipe is used for pipe connection and pipes in the mechanic room, as water supply pipes.

Valve: The valve used is also UPVC valve unless otherwise specified.

 

 

Water quality testing and monitoring

The hot spring water treatment is strictly in accordance with the "Sanitary Standard for Swimming Pool Water Quality".

• Water quality PH=7.0-7.8, turbidity ≤1NTU, and the bottom of the pool should be clearly seen.

• No Escherichia coli can be detected in 100 ml of water and the total number of colonies is ≤200 CFU/ml.

• There are also mandatory requirements for chloride ions: free residual chlorine 0.2-1.0 mg/l, and combined residual chlorine ≤0.4 mg/l.

The following agents are used to treat the circulating water in the spa pool:

• Flocculant: Polyaluminium chloride is used.

• Disinfectant: Filter sand tank outlet to add.

• PH value adjuster: inject from the filter sand tank outlet, use sodium carbonate solution or dilute sulfuric acid solution.

The above chemicals are dosed regularly or irregularly using a dosing pump depending on the water quality.

 

 

Dehumidification and energy saving measures

There are pools everywhere in this hotel, and humidity control is especially important. In the dehumidification design, the heat generated during the humidity control is also recovered to save energy.

“Note: The humid air flows through the lower part of the heat exchanger and the evaporator, so that the air temperature drops, the warm water vapor condenses into cold water droplets, and separates from the air to humidify the air; at the same time, air cooling and water vapor process releases heat during the condensation and cooling, and such heat is absorbed by the refrigerant; such heat energy absorbed by the refrigerant can heat the pool water or heat the air to optimally maintain the air and pool water with constant temperature.
