Chongqing Parkplace Commercial Complex is located in CBD of Chongqing, including 5 star hotel, Grade A office building, service apartment and etc. The project includes three office towers, with total construction area of 338,000 square meters. The project intends to adopt sustainable technology such as high efficiency AC system, storm water recycle, electric car parking lot, Low-E grade glass, water conservation toiletry, local plant garden, low carbon emission material, fresh air volume metering and etc. It's under through LEED CS 2009 Gold Certification and Green Building Two Star Certification.
